Recently, our factory completed partial upgrades to the production lines for wood-plastic composite doors, focusing on refining the whole workflow from raw material extrusion, panel forming, cutting and milling to surface finishing. During the transformation, we updated part of the processing equipment and standardized operation guidelines for each working station. Operators received systematic training covering equipment parameter adjustment, workpiece positioning, dimension inspection and finished product handling.

In the forming process, real-time monitoring is introduced to track temperature and pressure parameters, reducing fluctuation during panel molding. After panels take shape, each workpiece will go through dimension measurement, flatness inspection and defect screening before entering the subsequent carving and trimming procedure. The quality inspection team sets sampling checkpoints at key production nodes, recording inspection data of each batch for traceability.

The upgraded process helps improve the consistency of door panel size and surface finish. Precision milling makes the assembly of door frames and panels more convenient during on-site installation. Meanwhile, we optimize waste collection in the workshop. Scrap WPC materials generated in cutting processes are collected and processed for recycling, improving the utilization rate of raw materials. Our team will keep monitoring production data, summarize operational experience, and continuously adjust process details. Stable production capacity and consistent product quality can better support order delivery for domestic and overseas clients in the WPC door business.
