Interior decoration styles keep evolving, and customers put forward richer requirements on the appearance of wood-plastic composite doors. Our product design team launches a series of surface pattern and color research for WPC door products, to match different interior design styles. The team studies popular aesthetic trends in residential apartments, office spaces, hotel guest rooms and commercial premises, developing texture schemes that simulate natural timber grain, matte plain finishes and simple linear patterns.
We adopt hot transfer printing and film laminating technologies for door surface decoration. Multiple trials are carried out to test the adhesion, color stability and wear performance of decorative layers under long-term indoor conditions. The design team cooperates with the production department to verify whether each new surface scheme can be smoothly realized on the production line, balancing visual effect and manufacturing feasibility. For project clients, we support moderate customized adjustments on colors and patterns within the scope of production capacity.
Besides visual design, we also consider the tactile feeling and daily maintenance of door surfaces. The selected surface layers are easy to wipe and clean, which brings convenience for daily housekeeping. Samples of new designs are displayed in our showroom, allowing customers to observe texture and color effects on site. We will keep collecting feedback from designers, contractors and end users, enrich the WPC door product portfolio, and offer more matching interior door choices for various decoration projects.
